Not sure when you stop thinking dandelions are beautiful,
but figures it's somewhere around the time you get a job & can afford lawn chemicals

that was my daily quote from storypeople.com. finn & i went for a walk today because it's beautiful & because if we're inside i feel obligated to do some work & he was too fussy for that at the moment. our walk lasted 5 minutes before i turned around to get the camera. we walked straight back to this yard & i plopped him down. it was too appropriate. i've seen some neighbors painstakingly spraying to avoid having these wildflowers grow in their yard. i think they're nuts- this is such a beautiful thing to wake up to everyday. (now- i don't know if they're native or not & that could change my argument completely.) but for now. let's just giggle together at how adorable my son is.
favorite.
& now i'm done mom. take me home & put me to bed.
happy st.patrick's day!
I LOVE those flowers & wish they would grow in my yard! Finn is just too cute!
ReplyDeleteMegan - Finn is absolutely adorable. I especially love the second picture...it's beautiful. Is this in Tucson?
ReplyDelete-love ya, erin
Aww that is so adorable! I love his red hair it just pops off of the flowers!
ReplyDeleteThe orange and yellow daisies aren't native, but the poppies are. I was getting links to send to a friend of mine who is getting married, but instead I'm going to stalk you and wonder how you're getting even better at what you do.
